Galloway’s gluten free all purpose flour is blended in a dedicated gluten free facility and is ideal for a cup for cup substitute for an all purpose flour. Make amazing gluten free baked goods with this no fail flour and impress your guests and have no worries with anyone that is gluten intolerant. Ingredients include Tapioca flour , potato starch and rice flour. There are no added gums or preservatives in this blend. *Please add your own xanthan gum (1/8 tsp to 1/2 tsp per cup of gluten free flour)
