I was happy getting my order, but unfortunately one of the containers’ lid was open and the content got spilled in the package. Please, secure the containers better.

I have been buying this mix for close to 20 years, it is a big part of the families favorite Christmas cake. It wouldn't be Christmas without it.

I am one of many Galloway's original customers dating back from the Robson Street Vancouver location. I continue to be extremely excited and pleased with the high quality of every product I purchase from Galloway's especially the Fruit Cake Mix that is so rich and brings many compliments when I serve up slices of my Christmas Cakes. I live a considerable distance from Vancouver now and all of my purchases are delivered right on time. Annie wrote the book on excellent customer service and is always available to answer any questions I may have. Keep up the good work, Kathleen C.
