In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Canada post, Purolator and UPS as our shipping carriers. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product. We package everything fresh, just for you! Because we package each order on demand to guarantee freshness, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be shipped. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on the way!

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, our shipping boxes are designed with standard size and weight limits. Due to the volume and weight of our 2.5 kg bags, we are able to include a maximum of three (3) 2.5 kg bags per order within a single shipment.

These items are heavier and take up a significant portion of the box, which limits the available space for additional products. However, customers are welcome to include other lighter items in the same order, provided the overall package remains within our shipping capacity.

We offer a wide selection of cereals, flours, grains, and beans in 2.5 kg sizes, and this limit helps us maintain the quality of packaging, prevent damage during transit, and continue providing reliable doorstep delivery.

If you wish to order more than three 2.5 kg bags, we recommend placing multiple orders.
