  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept physical returns in most cases.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately with your order details and photos of the product, so we can investigate and provide a suitable solution.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis.
