xGalloways twelve grain bread mix makes a wonderful bread and can be made like a regular bread mix without adding the salt. Ingredients :Wheat flour, wheat flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, oats, rye meal, barley grits, corn meal, millet, triticale, flour, rice flour, ground flax, buckwheat flour & salt.
