xCortas pomegranate molasses is a premium molasses from Lebanon that is primarily used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking. Pomegranate molasses is often used to add complexity to the flavors of meats such as chicken or lamb. Pomegranate molasses is a unique combination of sweet and sour that can be used to flavor grains and salads.

In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS as our shipping carriers. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product.We package everything fresh just for you! Because we package each order by demand to guarantee freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. You will recieve tracking details as soon as your package is on its way. We offer a pickup option on Tuesdays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at The Skript Kitchen and Commissary (250 West 3rd Avenue, Vancouver, BC)
