xDried peaches are a tasty portable snack as is or can be rehydrated in a small bowl of hot water for about 15 minutes to get plump, juicy and soft peaches.. Dried peaches can be used in trail mixes, energy bars or bites, chopped and added to cold or hot cereals. Rehydrated peaches can be added to salads, chutneys, preserves, sauces and desserts like peach cobbler.
