It blends beautifully and can be simmered and steeped with ginger, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, vanilla and many other ingredients. Use when making soup stock or medicinal broths to increase nutritional value. It adds a fragrant, pungent flavor, and many health benefits. It is recommended to consume Turmeric with a source of fat (oil, cream, vegan or dairy milk) in order to increase absorption of curcumin, as well as with a pinch of black pepper (or whole pepper for teas)

In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS as our shipping carriers. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product.We package everything fresh just for you!
