xSpelt has been around since 7000BC. It is an ancient wheat grain with lesser gluten than wheat. spelt flakes are made by heating and rolling spelt kernels. Spelt has a nutty flavour and the flakes can be used as a hot cereal, granola, baked goods and muesli.
