xOrganic seven grain cereal is a wonderful blend of organic coarse wheat, organic barley, organic rye, organic steel cut oats, organic flax seed, organic millet and organic buckwheat groats. Stir 1/2 cup cereal into 1 1/4 cup boiling water, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes stirring occasionally until water is absorbed.
