xChicory tastes similar to coffee and can be slightly woody and nutty. Chicory is part of the dandelion plant family. Galloways chicory root may help constipation due to it’s inulin content. Chicory can be used as a coffee substitute by brewing 2 tablespoons per 1 cup of water.
