xAlso known as organic garbanzo flour, organic chickpea flour is naturally gluten free and is made from finely ground organic chickpeas. Chickpea flour and besan (channa flour) are not the same. Chickpea is from the white chickpeas and besan (channa flour) is made from the brown chickpeas (desi chickpeas) or channa dal. Chickpea flour can be used in making gluten free frittatas, flat bread, and naan.

In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS as our shipping carriers. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product.We package everything fresh just for you!
