xHerbes de Provence is a mixture of dried herbs typically used in the Provence region of southeast France. The herb mixture is typically used with grilled foods and stews. Our herbs de Provence is a mixture of marjoram, basil, savory, thyme, fennel, rosemary, sage, and lavender.
