Graham flour is a type of whole wheat flour that is made by grinding the entire wheat kernel, including the bran, germ, and endosperm. The resulting flour has a coarser texture and a nutty flavor. This makes it ideal for graham crackers, baking crusts (pizza, pie, cheesecake), where a denser texture is desired.
In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Purolator as our shipping carrier. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product.
