xWhen oats are harvested, they have their hulls removed to become groats. The groats are heated and passed through steel rollers and become rolled oats. Galloways gluten-free oats are packaged in a dedicated gluten -free facility and are ideal for gluten intolerance and celiac diets. Oats are a perfect pantry staple with so many uses. Rolled oats are high in fiber and contain anti-inflammatory properties. Rolled oat flakes are delicious in bread, energy bars, granola and baking.
