xFenugreek is native to the Mediterranean region, Southern Europe and wester Asia. Fenugreek seeds are used in cooking and in medicine. It has a slight mustardy flavor but can be bitter if used in excess. Fenugreek leaves (Methi leaves) are used in many Indian dishes like curries and parathas. Fenugreek seeds are used Indian vegan or vegetarian curries, Turkish pastirma, Iranian stews, and a popular Egyptian drink.

In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS as our shipping carriers. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product.We package everything fresh just for you! Because we package each order by demand to guarantee freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. You will recieve tracking details as soon as your package is on its way. We offer a pickup option on Tuesdays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at The Skript Kitchen and Commissary (250 West 3rd Avenue, Vancouver, BC)
