xBlack cocoa powder is cocoa powder that has been heavily dutched. Dutch process is cocoa powder that is made from cacao beans that have been washed with a potassium solution, to neutralize their acidity. Black cocoa has an intense chocolate flavor and makes the most decadent chocolate treats.

In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS as our shipping carriers. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product.We package everything fresh just for you! Because we package each order by demand to guarantee freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. You will recieve tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
