xMedjool dates are picked when they are ripe and juicy. Medjool dates have a good amount of fibre and are very high in sugar and have a rich caramel-like taste than a regular date. Medjool dates can be used for baking, to making preserves, sauces, adding it to puddings and nut milks as a sweetener. This natural dried fruit is truly an all purpose go to sweetener. Our Medjool dates have pits.
