xCooking molasses is a blend of blackstrap and fancy molasses. It’s darker than fancy molasses and less sweet with a more “full flavored” taste. Cooking molasses is a common substitute for fancy molasses in many recipes and has a much more robust flavor than fancy molasses.

In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS as our shipping carriers. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product.We package everything fresh just for you! Because we package each order by demand to guarantee freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. You will recieve tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
