xCinnamon is produced from a tree and is chopped down to strips and dried in the sun and exported all over the world. This spice is used whole to garnish drinks, mulled wine, in many Indian curries, and masala chai. Sticks can be used in potpourri and many other craft projects. Cinnamon sticks inserted into sugar for a few months results into a fabulous cinnamon sugar.
