Also known as chickpea flour, besan or gram flour. Channa flour is made from skinned, and split brown chickpeas also known as desi chickpeas. Channa flour is gluten free and very dense. It makes great fritters, Indian sweets, Indian pancakes, dosas and the list goes on.
