Whole powdered eggs contain the whole egg (whites and yolk) and are very versatile in baking. whole egg powder is the dried form of whole eggs. It is commonly used as a whole egg substitute in protein-rich baked goods due to its longer shelf life compared to fresh eggs. Just like you would traditional eggs to make scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and omelettes , you can do the same with the powdered egg. Mix your powder with water to create as many eggs as you want or need, and then prepare them the way you usually would. You might want to add the mixture to a skillet with butter or oil.
