Galloway’s soy flour is a fine powder made by grinding soybeans. When added to baked goods, soya flour can improve their nutritional value. About one quarter of the typical all purpose flour can be replaced with soy four. Replace regular flour while baking breads or baked goods, such as muffins, that require yeast to rise in their recipes. Used in Asian cuisine especially Japanes rice cakes (Mochi)
