Organic kamut flour has a much richer nutrient profile than common wheat and therefore quite healthier than wheat. Like spelt, kamut is simply another form of wheat and has gluten. It is an ancient wheat grain and has more protein than the new wheat. Kamut can be substituted for wheat flour in baked goods and is low in fat and cholesterol free.
In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Purolator as our shipping carrier. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product.
