Organic all purpose and pastry flour is made from Canadian grown organic hard spring wheat which produces lighter, lower gluten strength flour. No additives or preservatives are used in the flour. The entire whole grain kernel is used keeping the nutrients intact. This flour is used in cakes, cookies, muffins, and pastries. It can also be used in yeast breads too when blended with other flours. Note: We do not ship the 10kg size outside the lower mainland
In order to keep costs at a minimum, we prefer to use Purolator as our shipping carrier. The shipping rate is calculated based on the address and weight of the product.
