Bulgur wheat medium

Bulgur is an edible cereal grain made from dried cracked wheat. It is already partially cooked and is widely used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes like tabbouleh and pilaffs. It can also be used in porridges, soups, stews and chilli. Bulgur is high in fibre and promotes a positive impact on heart health.

Whole grains are best stored in an airtight container in a cool place. They can be stored up to a year in the freezer or 6 months in the pantry. Whole grain flour is best stored in the freezer. If the grains or flour have a rancid smell, it’s best to buy a fresh batch.
