Roasted carob powder

Carob powder is a cocoa powder alternative and is made from dried carob tree pods. Carob powder looks like cocoa powder but it has a very unique flavour. Carob is less bitter then chocolate and has a naturally sweet flavour. Carob is caffeine free and high in fibre. Carob roasted is made from dried and roasted carob pods and is used in many baking recipes.
