Carob chips

Carob chips are made with carob powder. Carob powder comes from a pod of the carob tree in the Mediterranean. The pod is seeded, dried, roasted and ground into a fine powder and made into chips. Carob chips contain palm kernel oil, carob powder and soya lecithin.
