Pink peppercorns

Pink peppercorns are not related to black peppercorns and are a dried berry of a Peruvian Peppertree. Pink peppercorns are from the cashew family and they may cause an allergic reaction to people with tree nut allergies. Pink peppercorns are used to flavour fish, risotto, meats, bakery and cakes, vinegars and wines.
