Organic mustard seeds, brown

Brown mustard is native to India and is more readily available than black. It is used in production of Dijon mustard and is also used in curry, condiments and pickles. Its flavour is sweet and hot. Organic brown mustard seeds are a common ingredient in Indian cooking and often kept whole and fried or toasted along with other aromatic spices and used as a base in many vegan and vegetarian curries.
