Lemon peel granulated

Dried lemon peel cut can be used instead of lemon zest. If a recipe calls for 1 tbsp of lemon zest, you can use 1 tsp of dried lemon peel. Lemon peel powder can be added to dressings, cookies, puddings, and veggies. Use sparingly, since the flavour is concentrated.
