Guajillo chillies, whole

Guajillo chillies are the most popular chillies in the Mexican cuisine. These chillies are used a base for many rich Mexican salsas, marinades, spice rubs like adobo and sauces. They add a complex flavour with burn. The heat level is about 5000 on the Scoville scale and can be combined with the arbol chilli to raise the heat.
