Garlic flakes

Believe it or not garlic is really a member of the onion family. Garlic is used in Middle Eastern, Indian, Italian, Greek, Thailand and Chinese and many other cuisines in the world. Garlic flakes or minced are small dehydrated pieces of garlic. Garlic flakes or minced are delicious in curries, casseroles and stews that need more cooking time, allowing the garlic flakes or minced to soften up and release their garlic flavour.
