Flattened rice (Poha)

Poha or flattened rice is nothing bit rice that has been parboiled, rolled, flattened and then dried to produce flakes. The flakes are small, very light and greyish white in colour. Poha’s is a wholesome meal and a good source of carbohydrates, packed with iron, rich in fibre and a good source of antioxidants and essential vitamins and is gluten-free.
