Organic whole spelt flour

Organic spelt flour is made from an ancient variety of wheat. It contains gluten but can be tolerated more than wheat by gluten intolerant individuals. Spelt flour has a nutty, slightly sweet flavour and can be used in most recipes that call for regular or wholewheat flour. Spelt flour makes a delicious sourdough bread with a golden crust and it can be moist and dense then conventional wheat breads.
