Organic chickpea flour

Also known as organic garbanzo flour, organic chickpea flour is naturally gluten free and is made from finely ground organic chickpeas. Chickpea flour and besan (channa flour) are not the same. Chickpea is from the white chickpeas and besan (channa flour) is made from the brown chickpeas (desi chickpeas) or channa dal. Chickpea flour can be used in making gluten free frittatas, flat bread, and naan.
