Cayenne

Cayenne is made from ground red chillies. It gets it’s name from a region in French Guiana but it is produced world wide. It differs from Chilli powder as it doesn’t contain any other ingredients and it is very finely ground. The spicier you want your dish to be, the more you use it. Use it in curries, stews, rice, sauces, and much more.
