Nutritional yeast (Red star)

Nutritional yeast is highly nutritional and used to add extra protein, vitamins like B-complex, minerals and antioxidants to meals. Nutritional yeast is great for vegans as it is highly nutritious. It can be used the same way as grated cheese. Sprinkle it over anything from salads, roasted vegetables, pasta, mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, scrambled tofu and a topping for popcorn.
