Rosemary whole

Known since ancient times, it is being reputed to have properties that promote health and well being. Its flavour is peppery, warm and pine like. Crush dried rosemary gently in the palms of your hands to release flavour. It goes especially well with lamb and also enhances poultry, pork, duck and game. It is part of Herbs de Provence and is used in Italy in bread making.
