Organic medium coconut

Dried coconut is made from white flesh of coconut meat and is rich in fibre and MCT(medium-chain triglyceride). Coconut is used in many baking recipes and is great on its own as a snack, added to cold or hot cereals, smoothies, sprinkled on salads or stirred into Asian stir fries or Indian sweets.
