Organic Quick cooking rolled oats

When oats are harvested, they have their hulls removed to become groats. The groats are heated and passed through steel rollers and become rolled oats. Quick oats are rolled milled finer than rolled oats and therefore cook faster. Oats are a perfect pantry staple with so many uses. Rolled oats are high in fibre and contain anti-inflammatory properties. Rolled oat flakes are delicious in bread, energy bars, granola and baking.
