Gluten free rolled oats (slow cooking)

When oats are harvested, they have their hulls removed to become groats. The groats are heated and passed through steel rollers and become rolled oats. Our gluten-free oats are packaged in a dedicated gluten -free facility and are ideal for gluten intolerance and celiac diets. Oats are a perfect pantry staple with so many uses. Rolled oats are high in fibre and contain anti-inflammatory properties. Rolled oat flakes are delicious in bread, energy bars, granola and baking.
